I have been a keen poler for the last year and a half, and cannot recommend it enough. I got into it by accident – I was coming to Omni PT for a completely different type of training which was cancelled due to coach illeness, and as I was already there Lisa invited me to take part in the pole fit training. I had been curious about pole classes before yet never had the courage to go along. I'm so glad I stayed! Pole fitness has given me more confidence in myself, I have achieved things I would never have though would be possible for me and made new friends in the process. Everyone at the pole fit northapton are very friendly and welcoming, and the pole fit coaches are wonderful and patient coaches. You don't need to be young and skinny to do it either, people of all ages and body shapes have become addicted to this sport (I'm in my forties myself!). If you've ever been curious about it, I would encourage you to give pole fitness a go and book a taster at the Pole Fitness Academy within Omni PT.
I joined pole fit Northampton Jan 2016 ( about 4 months ago now) and I am already addicted to the sport. I love being set new challenges each week and the feeling of accomplishment when you nail a new move. It’s a great way to build my strength and confidence whilst having fun. It’s allowed me to make new friends who motivate and inspire me each week. Just try it and see how much you enjoy it!
I have been doing pole here now for three years. It's a great way for me to keep fit and gain confidence. My biggest challenge was letting go of my inhibitions…now i just go and grow with it and unleash my inner goddess

Pole gives me body freedom. I gain confidence in my body through pole fitness and I'm getting stronger each session and have great fun. I like the fact it's a mixed age group from early 20's to late 40's and its really good social fun.
